Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Liability Claims Adjuster to adjudicate GL, Property & Product Liability claims for a dedicated client in a nationwide jurisdiction. The role supports a remote work arrangement with flexibility in location and schedule.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), 4 years of claims experience, and NY or HI licensing. You will analyze claims, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with clients and carriers to resolve exposures efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing: NY or HI required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GL, Property & Product Liability claims to determine benefits and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions promptly.
