LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a fully remote Legal Intake Assistant for a client in legal support operations. This position is a 3 month contract.
Responsibilities
- Manage client intake requests using Intapp Open and related systems (e.g., Bill4Time, iManage).
- Review intake submissions for completeness and accuracy; correct data and maintain records.
- Conduct conflicts of interest searches using Boolean logic and validate party information.
- Research corporate affiliations via D&B, Secretary of State websites, and other tools.
- Draft waivers and engagement letter components; maintain and create templates.
- Ensure data integrity within Intapp Open.
- Support special projects and assist with new hire conflict checks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Preferred 2+ years in a law firm role focused on conflict checks/intake.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Intapp Open, Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, DocuSign, Adobe.
- Knowledge Areas: Law firm billing, records systems, risk management processes.
- Core Skills:

- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Work Type: Full Time, 3 month contract, M-F, Fully Remote
Compensation: $29-31/hr
Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
