Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Learning Progression AI Evaluator contractor to review model outputs against established workflows and policies. You will assess tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit, flag gaps, and document the next steps for model training. This role requires clear written reasoning and reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

The position is remote for US-based work, with contractor terms and an hourly compensation model to be determined after interview.

Qualifications

• Direct working experience in learning progression ai specialist operations on real teams for Learning Progression AI Evaluator work.
