Responsibilities

• Keep Caterpillar's Communication pipeline humming without constant hand-holding.
• Step in on additional duties that support the wider Caterpillar mission.
• Apply Project Management and Learning Management Systems to solve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Write the IEP Development runbook for the next hire.
• Push back, respectfully, when a Microlearning shortcut will cost us later.
• Keep Communication documentation current as the work outpaces it.
• Pair Microlearning fluency with the patience to explain it plainly.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships across departments.
