Myticas's direct client is seeking an L&D Project Manager for a 100% Remote - 6+ Months Contract (possible further extension).

Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager for Learning and Development with expertise in tracking and reporting project progress. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, creating Gantt charts, and compiling reports to support strategic decision-making within the L&D environment.

This position reports to the Associate Director of Learning and Development, ensuring strategic alignment and effective project management.

• The candidate will monitor the team's work across various projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Jira, is required to enhance project execution and reporting.

• They will coordinate quarterly reports to provide insights into project progress and outcomes, aligning with the strategic goals of the L&D team.
