You will design data ingestion pipelines, use SQL and Python, build dashboards, and partner with product, operations, and technology teams in an Agile environment. Remote-friendly with onsite days near select geographies.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or process automation.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, CTEs, subqueries, and data validation.
• Experience using Python for data prep, automation, or app development.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and analytics-ready datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion and ETL pipelines across systems.
• Develop analyses linking learning experiences to outcomes and performance.
• Create dashboards and self-service views for Learning & Knowledge leaders.
• Document data lineage, metrics, dependencies, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, analytics partners, and operations in an Agile environment.
