Job summary

Lumen is building the foundation for AI‑ready connectivity, and this role leads the portfolio strategy across Product Infrastructure. You will govern investments, align roadmaps with corporate priorities, and enable execution across multiple programs with executive visibility.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Network, and Finance to validate assumptions, manage risk, and deliver outcomes that advance enterprise capabilities. Remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in portfolio, program, product management, operations, or strategy.
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with investment validation and executive recommendations.
• Ability to enable executive leadership through planning, governance, and reporting.
• Proven influence with senior leaders without direct authority.
• Expertise in portfolio governance, strategic planning, and execution.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in telecom/tech/infrastructure/SaaS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across Product Infrastructure.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with long-term business and product strategy.
• Coordinate investment inputs and executive recommendations with cross-functional partners.
• Provide portfolio oversight for complex, enterprise-wide programs across organizations.
• Deliver executive briefings, reporting, and decision-support materials.
