Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Commercial Learning + Development Program Manager: Leadership Development for an 18-month remote assignment supporting US Commercial teams, with occasional travel to client sites in Foster City, CA or other US locations.

The role centers on planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership programs, partnering with stakeholders, training teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality virtual and in-person experiences that build leadership

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development.
• Experience coordinating virtual and in-person learning programs.
• Experience managing vendors, agency partners, or external project contributors.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support leadership development programs for US Commercial employees, including virtual and in-person learning experiences, sustainment activities, cohort communications, and learner engagement touchpoints.
• Assist with the development and execution of training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Legal, to ensure training materials and workshops are current, effective, and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, action items, status updates, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, stakeholder meetings, follow-up communications, and summary reports.
• Track attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program data to assess program impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Facilitate training calls, planning meetings, and/or workshops as needed.
