Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior WordPress Developer to lead custom WordPress builds end to end for clients across the US. You will be the face of development, scope projects to business objectives, and ensure fast, clean, and highly customized sites.

You will work remotely with excellent English, drive efficiencies with AI, and guide themes, templates, plugins and blocks while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong custom WordPress and PHP, plus modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• The ability to scope work and tie it to a client's business goals.
• Real fluency using AI to drive development efficiency.
• Client-facing communication and excellent English.
• Experience leading or owning builds, not just closing tickets.

Responsibilities
