Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design of web and mobile interfaces for a fully remote team. You will guide the design process from discovery to delivery, shaping intuitive user journeys and visually compelling interfaces across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in UI/UX, a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing. Strong remote collaboration and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
Portfolio showcasing shipped products and case studies.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership for remote teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of UI/UX for web and mobile apps.
Conduct user research, create personas, journeys, and wireframes.
Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
