Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a full stack engineer, with at least 2 years as a lead engineer.
• Expert level knowledge of frontend design patterns.
• Experience as a backend engineer, preferably in Java.
• Experience with AWS or other Cloud Provider.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full stack engineers of mixed levels and skill sets.
• Provide technical guidance including architecture decisions and code reviews.
• Own the full development and deployment cycle for your team's software and product.
• Debug and triage production issues.
