Zusammenfassung

Cari Network is seeking a foundational security hire reporting to the CISO, building our security program from the ground up for a blockchain-based payment platform. You’ll own identity, cloud, and detection across on-chain and off-chain components as we scale.

You will secure our AWS environment, lead incident response, and design automated gates in CI/CD pipelines while driving SOC 2 Type II readiness and other audits with a small, autonomous team.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in information security, DevSecOps, or infrastructure security.
• Deep ownership in at least two areas with hands‑on in the third: IAM, SIEM/detection, AWS security.
• Experience securing EVM/Blockchain or Web3 infra.
• Incident response leadership and secure CD pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Own identity end to end, including SSO and lifecycle management.
• Secure blockchain and signing infrastructure; govern upgrades for on‑chain systems.
• Build and own SIEM, log onboarding, and high-signal detections.
• Lead incident response, containment runbooks, postmortems, and lessons learned.
• Harden AWS with least privilege, network segmentation, and secrets mgmt.
• Integrate security gates into CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Drive compliance readiness for SOC 2 Type II and similar audits.
