Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years at a CRO.
• At least 10 years of clinical project management experience from start-up to closure.
• Experience leading multi-center, multinational Phase III trials in multiple regions.
• Dermatology or rheumatology experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines (FDA, Health Canada).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio or program of projects and Project Managers to operationalize studies.
• Ensure studies reflect therapeutic or client-specific requirements and quality standards.
• Represent the company to customers, maintaining satisfaction and clear communication of deliverables.
• Oversee study progress, budgets, and financial tracking; manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Provide leadership in contingency planning, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations.
