Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Remote Lead Pharmacy Technician for a 100% remote role within 50 miles of Dublin, GA VAMC. The Lead will oversee operations, guide a team of technicians, and drive service quality in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates will have PTCB or NHA certification, at least 3 years of pharmacy tech experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while supporting team performance.

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting team performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and team leadership in a high-volume pharmacy.
• Mentor and develop pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and efficient workflows.
