Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Remote Lead Pharmacy Technician to support Cheyenne, WY VAMC operations from home. The role combines operational leadership with hands-on mentorship of pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate, efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate will hold a PTCB or NHA certification, have at least 3 years of technician experience, and demonstrate strong communication and remote-work capabilities while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

PTCB or NHA certification required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
Leadership/mentoring or team lead experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with pharmacy systems and computer-based applications.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting team performance.

Responsibilities
