Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Principal/Senior Clinical Scientist to lead clinical science across Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Autoimmune programs from start-up to database lock. You will provide scientific expertise for data review, cleaning, and interpretation, supporting study deliverables and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires extensive oncology experience, leadership capability, and proficiency with data review tools, EDC systems, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related discipline with proficiency in medical terminology.
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for this position.
• Minimum of 3 years Oncology experience, must have been within the past 1.5 years.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote).
• Excellent organization skills, attention to high quality and detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional team lead, delivering high-quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.
• Perform holistic participant data review and aggregate review using data review tools.
• Guide eCRF design, data capture requirements, edit checks, and data cleaning.
• Support Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) and cross-functional risk reviews.
• Collaborate with Medical Monitoring and oversight of study data review.
• Contribute to study-level strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
