• Tracking & Reporting: Log communications and update pipeline statuses.
• Promotions: Engage leads about ongoing promotions, challenges, or events.
• Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing to ensure smooth transitions between teams.
• Problem Solving: Address scheduling conflicts to ensure a seamless experience.
• KPIs: Meet or exceed targets for scheduling, show rates, and conversions.
