Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems built on Microsoft technology stacks. This role spans the full engineering lifecycle with emphasis on scalable APIs, responsive front-end applications, and cloud-integrated services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
• 5+ years shipping production-grade enterprise applications.
• Strong OOP, data structures, design patterns, and system design.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API with DI, async/await, middleware.
• Experience building front-end apps with Angular or React.
• Strong SQL skills with SQL Server, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• CI/CD tooling and Git-based workflows; release management experience.
• Experience deploying to Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Experience in large enterprise-scale environments with security/audit needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web apps and distributed systems.
• Develop scalable APIs and responsive front-end applications.
• Deploy solutions to Azure or AWS and ensure security and reliability.
• Lead code reviews, mentor juniors, and enforce best practices.
