Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Application Architect specializing in .NET and AWS. The role focuses on cloud-native design, scalable architectures, and guiding teams through modernization to AWS. You will engage with clients, mentor developers, and drive delivery across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in application architecture, software engineering, or product development with hands‑on .NET enterprise apps.
• Expert-level .NET knowledge including API design, microservices, patterns and modern practices.
• Experience designing scalable AWS solutions (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS/Aurora, API Gateway, IAM, VPC).
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven design, containerization, IaC, DevSecOps and observability.
• Proven ability to lead architectural design, mentor teams, and drive SDLC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of meeting critical client needs and deliver better health and human services outcomes.
• Provide technology leadership with a focus on cloud-native design and AWS architecture.
• Drive solution delivery through scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architectures.
• Lead migration and modernization to AWS and advise on best practices.
• Collaborate with security to implement IAM, encryption, and network controls.
