Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Technical Writing Manager to lead a team responsible for writing, editing, and controlling labeling content for life-changing medical devices. You will partner with Program Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Change Management to ensure compliant, timely documentation that supports global product launches.

The role requires proven experience in a regulated industry and a passion for building high-performing teams that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and editing labeling for medical devices or similarly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with FDA, EU MDR, ISO labeling requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical writing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical writers and project coordinators for labeling content.
• Align labeling timelines with product launches and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Change Management for documentation changes.
• Coach and mentor direct reports to achieve team OKRs.
