Job summary

MiniMed in Minneapolis is seeking a Technical Writer to scope, revise and draft patient-facing technical literature for a broad medical device portfolio. You will execute project requirements in creating technical literature.

You will collaborate with SMEs to align content, author in CCMS, and ensure all literature meets regulatory requirements and SOPs while coordinating with the graphics team for layouts and branding.

Qualifications

• Experience writing in a highly regulated environment is preferred.
• Experience writing patient-facing literature is preferred.
• Experience authoring in a Component Content Management System (CCMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of medical device products.
• Collaborate with SMEs to align content changes.
• Author new literature in the CCMS.
• Review literature for regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.
• Work with graphic design on layouts and branding.
• Obtain required approvals for technical reviews.
• Identify content gaps and coordinate responses.
