Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or related field is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on mainframe or equivalent experience in design, coding, testing or support.
• Strong experience with z/OS, DB2, IMS, CICS and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and maintenance of mainframe platform solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across IT, product and analytics teams.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Drive disaster recovery planning and automation initiatives.
