Job summary

WCL Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator IV-Lead Logistics Project Manager to oversee regional logistics projects, coordinating with buyers, vendors, and carriers to optimize transportation costs and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in logistics or supply chain, international logistics experience, strong English, leadership and MS Excel/PowerPoint skills. Remote in the U.S. EST/CST; up to 10% travel; 1-year term with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in logistics, project management, or supply chain.
• Advanced English required; another language is a plus.
• Proven leadership and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable in matrixed cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results; multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inbound and/or outbound global logistics functions.
• Monitor POs; coordinate with buyers, vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery.
• Act as the customer point of contact for project logistics; oversee and maintain project plans and freight estimates.
• Conduct RFQs for internal stakeholders to provide cost/cycle scenarios.
• Develop logistics strategy to optimize cycle cost within baseline EAC (Estimated Cost at Completion).
• Manage and report on full project lifecycle EAC; support quotes throughout ITO/OTR cycle.
• Maintain shipment schedules and in-transit inventory reports; oversee inbound container receipts and direct imports.
