The position requires 15+ years in software development, deep Java expertise (J2EE, REST, Spring Boot), and strong cloud/container experience (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes). You will mentor teams and drive technical excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software development with leadership experience.
• Proficient in Java; familiarity with Pega, Salesforce, MuleSoft.
• Deep knowledge of government-required application frameworks.
• Expert in Java, J2EE, OO concepts, XML, REST, Spring Boot, microservices, and container tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coding, testing, and deployment of enterprise apps.
• Develop APIs, integrations, and front/backend services.
• Guide best practices, coding standards, and frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality.
• Optimize application performance as a go-to expert.
