Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead Information Security Engineer for a remote, contract role. You will design, implement, and operate a cutting-edge LLM-based code vulnerability detection capability with AWS Bedrock, build evaluation harnesses, and deploy scanning pipelines using Terraform, GitHub, and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in information security or software development
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar hosted LLM platforms
• Infrastructure as Code and Terraform modules
• CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub integration
• Security concepts, SAST/SCA tooling
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 schedule
• Authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate an LLM-based code vulnerability detection capability on AWS Bedrock
• Build and maintain evaluation harness to measure scanner quality
• Develop scanning pipelines with GitHub and Jenkins; deploy to ECS using Terraform
• Deliver telemetry to Splunk; create dashboards and alerts
• Maintain operational runbooks and handoffs
• Provide ongoing patching and defect resolution post go-live
• Participate in a 24/7 shift schedule averaging 40 hours/week
