Job summary

Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking a Lead Analyst to drive IAM initiatives, including IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and deploy secure IAM controls, while evaluating new technologies and supporting governance, policy, and standards.

Remote work is possible. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in information security, strong writing and communication skills, and experience integrating IAM across client infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with experience in information security programs.
• Extensive critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience identifying, measuring and mitigating network security risks.
• 2+ years of experience in documenting, developing, or implementing IAM systems.
• 2+ years of experience integrating identity management, access management, and privileged access management software.
• 1+ year of experience implementing enhanced security for elevated accounts in Active Directory.
• Privileged Access Management (PAM) skillset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM initiatives and provide analysis for IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA.
• Collaborate with team leads, developers, business analysts, and end users to implement controls.
• Participate in projects to evaluate vendor offerings and document requirements.
• Assist in installation, integration, deployment, and support of IAM tools.
• Deliver process improvements utilizing IAM platforms and automate privileged account maintenance.
