Job summary

Cook Children’s Health Care System seeks a Lead Analyst to advance Identity and Access Management initiatives, covering IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA, and Epic workflows. You’ll design controls, evaluate new security technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper integration and protection.

You will also support governance, policy alignment, and security awareness while maintaining remote work flexibility and strong cross-team communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 5 years info security experience (HIPAA/PCI-DSS).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent technical writing and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Experience identifying, measuring and mitigating network security risks.
• 2+ years IAM systems documentation, development, or implementation.
• 2+ years IAM integration with client infrastructure and apps.
• 1+ year implementing elevated-accounts security in Active Directory.
• PAM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and security technology evaluations within IAM programs.
• Analyze and implement IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with team leads, developers, analysts, and end users for requirements.
• Lead installation, deployment, and support of IAM tools and products.
• Deliver process improvements using IAM platforms and scripting for automation.
