Dave is a leading fintech redefining access to credit for Americans. We are hiring a Lead, GRC & Security Governance to design and operate governance, risk, and assurance programs across technology, security, and data teams.

You will shape how risk is managed, escalate material issues, and drive accountability with internal and external partners. You’ll own governance practices, align with audits like SOX ITGC/PCI, and continuously improve controls while leveraging AI to enhance evidence and

Competenze

• 8+ years of technology experience with security governance, risk, or assurance.
• Led SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or equivalent audit to a successful result.
• Built or rebuilt a governance, risk, or assurance operating model.
• Fluent across cloud, identity, CI/CD, endpoints, networks, and data platforms, turning ambiguity into testable controls.
• Partnered credibly with Internal Audit and Legal in addition to technical teams.

Mansioni

• Build and run Dave’s technology governance program across tech and cyber risk, IT controls, change management, incident management, business continuity, and policies.
• Maintain technology control inventory with clear owners, evidence requirements, cadence, exceptions, and escalation paths.
• Own technology assurance and audit readiness across programs including SOX ITGC, PCI, SOC 2, and remediation activities.
• Own the tech risk register and control exception process with clear context and remediation orchestration.
• Govern change management, incident management, and business continuity with practical, tested processes.
