Job summary

Zohorecruit invites a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (C#/.NET) to architect, build and operate end-to-end web apps and data-driven solutions. This hands-on leadership role blends senior IC duties with mentoring and guiding developers on modern practices.

You will own solutions end-to-end, drive CI/CD, security, and cloud deployments on AWS, collaborating with product, DevOps and data teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, maintainable systems.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a full stack developer.
• 3+ years leading a development team building On-prem and Cloud applications (Core stack C#/ASP.NET, .NET, Angular, SQL, NO SQL, AWS)
• Proficient in Angular and recent project experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees application development team's technical delivery while remaining hands-on.
• Design and implement scalable frontend and backend components, including APIs, services and UI workflows.
• Embed application security best practices into the software development lifecycle, including securing code and remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Own technical solutions end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and support.
• Establish coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines; mentor developers and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect, DevOps, and Data teams to translate business needs into scalable designs.
• Design secure integrations with external clinical and operational systems.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and lead root cause analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in cloud performance, cost, security posture, and CI/CD automation.
• Stay current with AWS Cloud development environment and tools.
• Manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analyses and reduce technical debt.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technology choices balancing innovation with maintainability.
• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing within the team; provide mentorship and design reviews.
