Innova Solutions is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer for a remote opportunity in the United States. You will lead the development of scalable web applications using React.js/Next.js with TypeScript and Python (FastAPI) on the backend, with PostgreSQL, Docker, and GCP.

You will shape architecture, drive best practices, and mentor junior engineers in a fast‑paced agile environment. Responsibilities include building high‑performing frontend and backend systems, ensuring data privacy and HIPAA

Qualifications

8‑12 years of professional software development experience.
Strong expertise in React.js/ Next.js and TypeScript.
Backend experience in Python (FastAPI) with PostgreSQL, Docker and GCP.

Responsibilities

Develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js or Next.js and TypeScript.
Design and implement scalable frontend architecture and reusable UI components.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI).
Ensure frontend‑backend integration for end‑to‑end functionality.
Develop and manage database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
Implement containerized applications using Docker and manage deployments in GCP.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
