The engineer will design and implement features across the stack, building React interfaces and Python/FastAPI services while ensuring scalable API integrations. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, collaboration across teams, and deployment support, with a focus on Linux-based environments and modern architecture practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong React development experience in production environments.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Linux command line proficiency and Bash scripting.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance React-based web applications.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Work with REST APIs, asynchronous services, and microservice architectures.
• Investigate software failures, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and production releases.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to deliver new functionality.
• Support and improve applications running in Linux environments.
