Jobgether is seeking a Lead Front-End Developer for our partner's e-commerce platform in the United States. You will architect and deliver high-performance, accessible web apps using React and Next.js, while steering a remote team of frontend engineers.

Collaborate with design, product, and back-end teams to deploy scalable, headless commerce experiences. You will shape front-end standards, optimize Core Web Vitals, implement robust A/B testing, and mentor engineers to elevate technical quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years of frontend work experience.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Proven experience leading front-end teams and mentoring developers.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end solutions using Next.js.
• Lead front-end delivery across web properties, focusing on the main e-commerce site.
• Collaborate with design, back-end, QA, and product teams to deliver cohesive UX.
• Mentor front-end developers and drive training sessions on Next.js and best practices.
• Establish coding standards and code review processes to ensure quality.
