RELQ TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the zero-to-one development of a brand-new ERP application. This fully remote role in the United States requires defining and launching an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP that fits into the existing SaaS suite.

Qualifications

• Enterprise & Multi-Tenant SaaS: proven track record of managing complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS apps (ERP/HRIS or core ops software preferred).
• Zero-to-One Experience: built products from scratch, not just maintained legacy systems.
• Startup DNA: experience in startups or strong startup culture; scrappy, autonomous builder.
• Technical Fluency: understanding of system architectures, API integrations, and shared microservices.

Responsabilités

• Own the product lifecycle for the new ERP from ideation to launch and adoption.
• Design workflows that integrate with the existing SaaS product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering to leverage pre-built backend services for faster time-to-market.
• Work with AI-enabled engineering teams to ensure clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Bridge business stakeholders, customers, and tech teams to meet enterprise-grade requirements.
