Job summary

FedEx Digital Marketing is seeking a senior UX Designer to lead design for complex product experiences and shape the user journey. You will drive strategic design decisions, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with research, analytics, and engineering to deliver cohesive, accessible interfaces.

You will own the UX strategy across product areas, run design sprints, and contribute to design systems and tooling. Remote-friendly role with some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 8 years of practical experience.
• 4 years leading product design within digital teams, across UX, visual and interaction design.
• Experience with service design, enterprise UX, or platform design.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Owns the UX strategy for a product area or customer journey.
