Gallagher is seeking an accomplished Lead Data Solution and AI Engineer to guide data integration initiatives and AI workloads. You will oversee scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, model development, and data governance across cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities include leading teams, delivering complex BI/AI projects, and shaping data architecture with modern tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse. Strong communication and project-estimation skills are essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience as a Data Solutions and AI Engineer on Microsoft platform
• 7+ years designing and building large applications using SQL Server and related database technologies
• 2+ years experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML-powered applications and cloud data solutions
• 2+ years experience with NLP, entity resolution algorithms, Graph RAG, ontology, and distributed systems
• 4+ years experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL
• Develop data ingestion, transformation, validation, and loading workflows from APIs, databases, Azure Blob Storage, and on-premises SQL databases
• Write and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support data processing and analytics
• Develop, train, and monitor AI/ML models and AI-powered capabilities using LLMs and AI services
• Implement intelligent search, knowledge retrieval, and automation solutions
