Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Data Scientist to own Generative AI and ML initiatives for Knowledge & Development Solutions (KDS). You will design, build, and evaluate AI/ML solutions and partner with stakeholders to scale implementations that improve knowledge discovery, content delivery, and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and statistical diagnostics of models.
• Advanced knowledge of predictive toolset; expert resource for tool development.
• Ability to establish and build relationships within and outside the organization.
• Fluent in communicating complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Generative AI and ML portfolio for KDS in partnership with KDS leaders.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML use cases that improve knowledge discovery and learning outcomes.
• Design, build, and evaluate predictive models, GenAI applications, RAG solutions, and analytic tools.
• Apply full-stack data science practices from problem framing to deployment and measurement.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders to move solutions to production.
• Define and implement measurement strategies to assess model performance and business outcomes.
• Provide technical mentorship on AI/ML solution design and scalable implementation patterns.
