Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect to drive the data strategy across our enterprise data warehouse, BI, and MDM initiatives. The role focuses on defining standards, mentoring the Data Architecture team, and ensuring data quality and governance for diverse business units.

You will shape logical and physical data models, perform source-to-target mappings, and collaborate with Governance and IT to maintain metadata and data dictionaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 7+ years leading data architecture, big data, or data warehouse projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Architects on broad projects and mentor team members.
• Define corporate data architecture including data integration, warehouse, BI architecture and data standards.
• Design and manage RDM/MDM programs with match rules, data cleansing and golden records.
• Establish metadata management policies; create data dictionaries and enforce data quality.
• Provide guidance across SDLC with emphasis on governance and documentation.
