Responsibilities

• Own customer email communications and lifecycle calendars.
• Translate product messaging into clear customer communications.
• Maintain release and lifecycle calendars with defined owners and timing.
• Create account-manager enablement materials: Gong templates, talk tracks, templates, and emails.
• Identify gaps in account-manager tooling and liaise with Product Marketing and Customer Experience.
• Manage review-generation programs across G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot.
• Support launch planning and surface customer experience insights to product marketing.
