CCA Electrical & Technical Services Co. is seeking a Lead Controls Software Engineer who will own the controls software architecture, set programming standards, and be the go‑to technical resource for PLC, HMI, and SCADA work across projects.

This fully remote leadership role collaborates with Engineering, Project Management, and Electrical Design teams to deliver automation solutions for large‑scale material handling, conveyor systems, and custom industrial applications, with travel for

Qualifications

8+ years in industrial automation.
5+ years in senior/lead controls role.
Strong PLC programming experience (AB/Rockwell, Siemens).

Own controls software architecture and set programming standards across PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
Review software for quality, safety, and alignment with standards.
Lead commissioning activities and provide hands-on support.
