Role Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst to support our growing customer base. This role specializes in cyber resilience analysis, delivering actionable insights to key customers. This person will be an expert in utilizing the Immersive One platform capabilities, particularly focused on the human element of cyber resilience, serving as the primary internal expert and customer liaison for premium support analytical services.

Responsibilities in this Role

  1. In close collaboration with the broader Customer Experience team and under direct guidance from the Immersive Cyber Resilience Team management, the Lead Business Analyst provides critical analytical services focused on our customer’s cyber resilience posture and readiness.
  2. Utilizes platform data, regulatory frameworks, and external intelligence to inform internal decisions and recommend strategic actions to improve cybersecurity resilience and achieve successful business outcomes.
  3. Enhances platform-generated insights by providing comprehensive background, strategic executive summaries, and clearly articulated implications for customer cyber resilience goals.
  4. Regularly presents detailed cyber resilience insights, risk assessments, and KPI-driven analyses to customers, fostering strong relationships and familiarity with key customer contacts.
  5. Develops and delivers effective visualizations and presentations, clearly communicating cyber resilience threats, vulnerabilities, and success metrics relevant to customer objectives.
  6. Creates and distributes regular reports highlighting cyber threat trends, KPI performance, and actionable insights through reporting tools such as Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, Google Slides and/or Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Looker Studio.
  7. Delivers additional strategic value to premium support customers through close coordination with the extended Customer Experience team, aligning support with customer success goals.
  8. Prioritizes analysis in support of customer needs across both pre-sales (POV) and post-sales engagements.
  9. Comfortable presenting cyber resilience score analysis, data-driven insights, and KPI metrics in various formats including spreadsheets and comprehensive whitepapers.
  10. Acts as a proactive change agent, driving continuous improvement and innovation in cyber resilience support methodologies and practices.
  11. Independently leverages exceptional attention to detail and advanced knowledge of cyber resilience to deliver precise, actionable insights aligned with customer success metrics.
  12. Addresses diverse and complex cyber resilience challenges, evaluating multiple identifiable factors to derive actionable recommendations for customers.

Required Qualification/Experience

  1. 3 – 5+ years’ experience in a similar data analytics role as Risk Analyst / Resilience Analyst OR have equivalent technical competence and experience in education.
  2. Has a mature understanding of data structures, relational databases, and SQL (Structured Query Language), Snowflake, and Google Looker. This includes the ability to develop queries for standard uses.
  3. Familiarity with cyber industry standards and frameworks such as MITRE, DORA, etc.
  4. Employs working knowledge of account structure, goals, and customer challenges to complete service deliverables.
  5. Adept with Product and Sales department internal processes and procedures. Proficient in analytical tools and techniques.
  6. Prioritizes project work independently, works with team and manager to understand impact across roadmap priorities.
  7. Proven passion and expertise for the discipline in Data Profiling, Data Analysis, Research.
  8. Industry or Vertical expertise: highly regulated industries or critical infrastructure segments.
