Meitheal Pharmaceuticals, a Chicago-based biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director Marketing - Biosimilars & Women’s Health to build and scale its biosimilar marketing function.

You will lead value-based marketing strategies, brand planning, and promotional content, collaborating across Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliant, impactful campaigns. This field-base role requires cross-functional leadership and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategy in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Experience leading brand plans, promotional content, or commercial materials.
• Experience participating in promotional review processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for biosimilars and women's health products.
• Lead content creation, product naming and branding support.
• Manage agency collaboration and in-house material development.
• Oversee promotional review processes and approvals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and other teams to achieve objectives.
