Peraton is seeking a Lead Automation Architect to own the target-state automation architecture, document design decisions, and drive opportunities across Federal Financial environments. The role focuses on secure, scalable automation with IaC, CI/CD, and architecture leadership. Remote work option, with strong compliance requirements.

The candidate will mentor teams, shape roadmaps, and ensure automation aligns with business strategy, security standards, and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelors degree and 16+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years building and automating secure infrastructure for Federal Financial programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction and lead cross-functional design sessions.
• Define target-state automation architecture and roadmaps.
• Lead secure automation solutions across Federal Financial environments (air-gapped, AWS GovCloud).
• Develop and enforce Infrastructure as Code strategies (Ansible).
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Lead architecture reviews and document key decisions and standards.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Design automation for server provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management across RHEL and Windows.
