Job summary

Maslow Media Group, Inc. through Reliability Professional seeks a Lead Auditor to manage a small team for an international internal audit program. This remote, contract role involves leading three auditors, coordinating sessions across time zones, and delivering audit reports using partner templates.

Ideal candidates hold IRCA/Exemplar Global Lead Auditor certs, have 3+ audits in 3 years, and can work in US time zones with global clients. Engagement may extend beyond the initial project.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor qualification through IRCA, Exemplar Global, or an equivalent recognized organization.
• At least three audits conducted within the last three years including team leadership.
• Experience conducting internal/first-party audits.
• Experience auditing procurement, sales, and/or compliance processes.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Availability for remote sessions compatible with Zurich time zones and Australian time zones.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to sign a conflict-of-interest declaration before interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of Auditors across assigned processes.
• Lead opening and closing meetings, presenting findings for validation.
• Conduct internal audits using partner checklists and review evidence.
• Review findings for quality, evidence, and consistency.
• Deliver checklists and audit report within 5 business days of closing meeting.
• Answer follow-up questions from audit partner.
