Job summary

Axyde Analytics, LLC seeks an Advanced Energy Technology Development Lead (RAE) to guide technology readiness, feedstock assessment, system integration, and pilot-to-scale decisions for energy opportunities. This role emphasizes independent evaluation, evidence-based analysis, and readiness gating across hydrogen, biofuels, or hybrid systems.

Based remotely, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, finance, and regulatory experts, and travel Indo-Pacific within 20

Qualifications

• Senior technology development, engineering, commercialization, or investment experience in hydrogen, biofuels, hybrid systems, or distributed energy.
• Evidence moving a technology from concept/pilot toward implementation or stopping an unsupported concept.
• Experience evaluating scale-up, feedstock, infrastructure, market/off-take, cost, lifecycle, safety, and regulatory interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Assess readiness, reference performance, feedstock/resource, process design, infrastructure, supply chain, scale-up, and lifecycle cost.
• Compare alternatives and test assumptions using independent evidence, sensitivities, maturity gates, and failure analysis.
• Define pilot/test, feasibility, demonstration, data, TOR, budget, schedule, acceptance, and scale-up requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, safeguards, regulatory, procurement, and supplier specialists.
• Provide or coordinate independent technical review appropriate to the technology.
