Job summary

Techs To Suit is seeking an experienced AEM specialist for a full-time remote role in the United States. The candidate should have 5+ years of expertise in AEM development and customization, with strong Java back-end and front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Familiarity with Sling models, OSGI, and deployment pipelines is essential. Additionally, you will lead technical teams, mentor developers, and ensure integrations with CRM systems and marketing tools align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and customization.
• Experience with cloud-based architecture, pipelines (Cloud Manager), repository structure, configurations, and deployment best practices.
• Hands-on experience in asset ingestion, metadata schema, renditions, asset workflows, and asset API integrations.
• Proficiency in Java programming and Java-based frameworks for AEM development.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development in AEM.
• Knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi bundles, and deployment models.
• Experience in integrating AEM with CRM systems, APIs, and marketing tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and deliver solutions aligning with business goals.
• Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
