Job summary

Brave Health is seeking licensed therapists for our 100% remote outpatient telehealth program in the United States. This full-time W2 role offers a base salary of $80,000–$89,000 with additional bonuses that can push earnings to around $100,000 for top performers.

Weekdays only, no weekends, with shift options between 9am and 8pm EST. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, and liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship required).
• Work-from-home privacy required for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient telehealth services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve goals and monitor progress.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure documentation.
