Job summary

Ascend Healthcare is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for remote California-based clinical services. Therapy will be delivered via telemedicine to Community Health Center partners, with a focus on recovery and stabilization.

Active LCSW license in California required; experience with trauma modalities and a remote work setup is preferred. Benefits include health plans, PTO, CEU stipend, and a monthly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in CA and residence state
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Training in trauma modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, CPT or similar

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to patients via telemedicine
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities in individual and group settings
• Review and sign psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and consents
• Document services in medical records in accordance with regulations
• Conduct crisis intervention and participate in case planning
• Participate in supervision and ongoing education, maintain competency
• Provide case management to promote recovery and reintegration
