Job summary

Handspring Health, Inc. is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver weekly psychotherapy to children, teens, and young adults via telehealth. With a guaranteed monthly floor for part-time roles, you’ll maintain consistent hours and contribute to a growing virtual pediatric mental health clinic.

As an LCSW, you’ll work within a collaborative clinical community, receiving malpractice coverage and paid time for consultations, while managing a flexible caseload that supports families and schools.

Qualifications

• Active, independent LCSW license in California.
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments.
• Comfortable with Zoom, EHR systems, and collaboration tools.
• Not opted out of Medicare; willing to be cross-licensed in additional states.
• Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8–17 and young adults 18+, plus parent training and support.
• Maintain a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions via telehealth.
• Participate in weekly consultations and peer-led collaborative huddles.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clients’ pediatricians, school counselors, and families as needed.
