SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking clinicians with experience in behavioral intervention to support children and adults with ASD/IDD and mental illness. This role involves coordination across residential, school, family, and community settings and requires travel between locations as needed.

Applicants should have strong assessment skills, experience with functional assessments, and the ability to implement Behavior

Qualificações

• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or learning and developmental psychology.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet patients' needs.
• Communicate between supervisors, staff, family, and guardians regarding progress.
• Provide monthly schedules of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinate home, work, and community visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensure proper implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and required meetings.
• Complete monthly/quarterly progress notes.
• Organize staff training for BIP and documentation sheets.
• Provide follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations for continued support.
• Maintain strong clinical records for access by interested parties.
• Liaise with public and mental health communities to support ongoing goals.
• Help create procedures for training materials to improve programs.

Conhecimentos

Behavioral intervention experience

Formação académica

Master’s degree or BCBA/BCaBA preferred (state-specific requirements)

Two+ years working with developmental disabilities/behaviorally challenged populations
