Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Ohio licensure as LPCC to provide telehealth sessions for clients nationwide. The role requires licensure progression, a graduate of a 60-credit hour program, and willingness to meet supervision requirements in person as needed.

Clinicians should be available for a full caseload, comfortable with telehealth technology, and capable of documenting and diagnosing under supervision per DSM-5 standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed or provisionally licensed mental health clinician pursuing licensure as LPCC in Ohio
• Must be seeking independent licensure and reside in Ohio
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Experience treating depression and anxiety in counseling settings
• Experience conducting intakes and DSM-5 diagnoses under supervision is preferred
• Available for minimum 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly
• Comfortable with telehealth and clinical software

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
